I see advertisements for all kinds of LED and other "use at home machines" that are supposed to help with reducing facial redness caused by rosacea.
Is there an affordable (under 0) machine for at home use that is effective?
IPL treatments are expensive and I need a series of 4-6 with a follow up of 2 more treatments each year.
Any health care professionals with any advice?
