This is more a question to Plastic Surgeons or Dermatologists than the general public, but a nurse working for either of the two specialties will know, so please tell me.
Thanks.

Simple answer, a BIG NO, would not recommend it as it will actually cause you more problems.
I happen to work with a rosacea expert and have it myself.
If you are looking for treatment beyond skin care & meds, IPL and some of the other laser treatments to combat the underlying vascular disorder will actually help you smooth out your skin, redness and other annoying symptoms. See a specialist who has treated rosacea patients sucessfully. Ask for referances.
With rosacea you do not want to do anything that agitates the skin, hot water, chemical peals, fruit acids, scrubs etc. it will only in the long run make your breakouts worse.
NO. Rosacea is the only major contraindication for microderma. It will not only lack results, but will worsen your symptoms. Please don’t do it, read the link below and find other solutions.
