can intense pulse light treatment be claimed on medicare if i have rosacea?

i have been diagnosed with rosacea .. will ipl treatment be covered by australian medicare??

If you’ve been referred by your doctor or specialist for treatment by a practitioner who has a Medicare provider number, yes, it will be covered. If you don’t have a referral and/or if they don’t have a provider number, then the answer is no.
