Does calming lotions really help the redness? I would like to calm it down some. Help.

im 14, but i my cheeks are always red, i blush easily, and they get really red after i go from an environment that is like hot to cold or exercise or somethin like that. also, my mom has it and i heard it can be hereditary.
anyway, just wondering, can u tell if you have rosacea as a teen?

I am 22 and have rosacea and acne and have never been on a date. I have been seeing a dermatologist religiously for over a year, and she says I am doing everything I can, even though my face looks horrible due to the redness and acne, plus I blush very easily due to my social phobia, which I have gone to therapy for. I feel why this is why I have never dated, so does anyone have any suggestions about what else I can do other than become super rich???

how do you clear this up?

It is not everyday. Just every now and then (normally if I drank the night before) I wake up and only my cheeks are very red – like I am hot. But, I’m not.

My skin is very dry. I need a cleanser and moisturizer that doesn’t irritate my skin. Is there anything out there that will make my face appear less red?
