Do people with rosacea have very dry flaky skin?

I’ve seen pictures of rosacea, and it looks like the skin is dry.
Is this true?

And no, I don’t have rosacea.

No, people with Rosacea do not have dry or flaky skin, unless there is another disorder co-existing with it.
Rosacea is caused by dilation of the blood vessels in the face and the neck.
