One thing that seems to help in the summer is a moisturizer with titanium dioxide in it.

Oddly - when I started using flonase in my sinuses every day for a few months , my rosacea has really calmed down, as well.  And I didn&#039;t think I had sinus problems especially (although my sense of smell is much improved, now).</description>

		<description>You need cortico-steroids to properly treat rosacea. 
It is an auto-immune issue, which will always be present in your cells, but will only come out at certain times.
This being said...over the counter stuff is not going to cut it.  You need to see the doctor, and get something prescribed, or suffer even longer

EDIT - Not sure who gave me a thumbs down, but even as the other person who answered this just clarified...flonase is also a cortico-steriod.</description>
