Embarrassing skin problem?

I have had a really really bad skin problem for over 1 year and a half now.
Skin specialist tells me its acne rosacea or rosacea. I have been on so many types of so called "treatments". But nothing seems to work. I dont know what else to do this problem has ruined my life. Idk where else to go i need serious help but every skin specialist that i go to seem to not know what to do with me. The last one i went to just said "to tell you the truth idk what to prescribe you, i suggest just leave it like that and we’ll see and i paid him 0.
