I have keratosis palaris, which makes my face look red too.
I dot my cheeks with a green cover-up stick, and then blend it in. Then I cover it with mabelline dream-whipped moose foundation stuff that matches my skin.
Then I put my eye makeup on as usual. That’s the best that’s worked for me so far.
loreal true match and eucerin redness relief

I don’t know exactly how to cover it, but I know how to fix it! I am a cosmetologist, and I carry Joey New York make-up and skin care. There is a serum called Calm and Correct that you put on daily, and I have personally seen it work! It also help with spider veins!
Try a concealer, go to the makeup counter at Dillards and they can match you up with the color for you.
It sounds weird but green make-up under your regular make-up will help hide the redness. You can often find green cover up with the hypo-allergenic products.
I hope it helps!
