Ocular rosacea (OR) occurs fairly often. A rare, but potential, complication of untreated OR is blindness.
Treatments:
… Hot compresses applied to the eyelid margins.
… Cleaning the eyelashes with a damp Q-Tip; may need to use diluted baby shampoo.

… Medication as prescribed
