If it is rosacea,how do I go about treating it?I have a warm brown haircolor with warm blond highlights and I`ve noticed the red stand out,its not bright red,but light red.Does the color I have now affect how red my skin is?If so should I dye it a different color? If so what color?I have a very fair skin tone.My hair is dyed,it`s actually a natural strawberry blond.
