over the counter treatment for rosacea?

are there any over the counter treatments for rosacea? Is there anything I can do to relieve the burning sensation in my cheeks? How do I lessen the redness? Help?

not sure, but the dr. has me on Metrogel, plus Dr. Mercola’s website has info on what he does for his patients with rosacea; that’s my next step as well. he claims just about all are cured with diet.
