I have severe rosacea and fight all the symptoms of redness, dryness, & bumps including clogged pores. I need a foundation and finishing powder that will cover without clogging my pores or looking like a mask.

I’ve had a few health problems recently and have seen my doctor about them (psoriasis, acne rosacea, a suspected stomach ulcer, and suspected rheumatoid arthritis) so I am seeing the relevant specialists and have appropriate creams etc. But I did wonder, are they linked?
I read an article which said that many people who had the Helicobacter pylori which caused their ulcers, also had acne rosacea. Are there any other links, and if so, what can I do to aid my recovery?

I have acne rosacea. I have had medicines several times which helped, but it always comes back and flares up. I have found taking Vitamin C 500g a day seems to help, maybe it is boosting my immune system to fight the infection? Has anything helped your skin?

is it customary to get charged for a office visit on top of paying for the lasering session?

I have this slight redness in my upper cheeks and I went to my doctor and she said that it wasn’t rosacea and she wouldn’t refer me to a derm. My evil sister loves to make fun of me and call me..and I quote "a rosacea faced bitch." My parents, family and friend seem to think it’s a natural blush. It’s not REALLY REALLY RED, but noticeable up close. Can anyone tell me the difference between a natural blush and rosacea? And how I could reduce the redness? I have no acne. Thanks! And i’m 17.

My doctor just told me that I have Rosacea. I looked on the internet a little so i dont want any links. i want info from people that have it or know about it. Will it cause any medical problems and is it something that can be treated? If so, what does the medication do?

A dear friend of mine suffers from rosacea. It is really affecting him and I’d like to help. I’ve read dermabrasion can help restore smooth skin on the nose but I have also read somewhere that it can help for a while and then rosacea will return more aggresively.
Can anyone share their experience? What can be done to minimize the appearance of bulbuous nose and enlarged pores?
So many thanks

I am not interested in recommendations on other skincare brands, and am only loooking for personal "success" stories with either Elemis or Pevonia.
Many thanks in advance!

I have suffered with rosacea for 4 years now. I have had my face lasered once and that helped a great deal. But it still seems like I never have a "good face day". Any suggestions?

I have a mild case of rosacea and I hate wearing make up anyway. I have been using mineral make up for a couple years and I like it, but it doesn’t seem to cover as well as I’d like.

Also what is a good way to exfoliate if you have rosacea? Is microdermabrasion good for your rosacea? Anyone out there that can help who has rosacea?

I thought acne & rosacea was a condition of teenagers. How is it that it remains in the face of some adults? What can be done?

Hi all,
My doctor’s all for the pills and I’m not. Is there any other remedy to control or lessen the horrible redness of rosacea? I have a racoon’s mask, especially in the heat. I’m not a fan of makeup. Any ideas?

I am currently 16 years old, and have had rosacea since i was 13. With each passing year my condition seems to be getting worse (the redness is more visible) i am tierd of being asked what my condition is and why it’s red, and all of the MANY so called rosacea products like noredol, zenmed, murad, and elave has done nothing for me, and occasionally makes it worse. I dont want this thing taking away the rest of my childhood, which is why im questioning whether or not to atempt going through a laser procedure. and if not a laser, what REALLY works?! PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

I am considering having this procedure done and am interested in peoples own results and level of satisfaction.
