When I wake up in the morning, my skin is all one tone–pale and almost perfect, with the sole exception of some strange acne that apparently is not acne (dermatologists don’t know what it is), but it isn’t TERRIBLY SEVERE. But that’s not my point. Later on, my face gets red, and I mean red. Do I need to have laser surgery to get rid of this? Some people think that this is rosacea, but I don’t think so. Hm. I need a good dermatologist. :/ I’ve tried nearly every one in this city, my face is my biggest dillemma at the moment. I dislike the redness
I thought cover-up worked until people told me that it didn’t match my red face, haha. I ‘unno, only certain areas of my face are red. Not around my eyes, around my mouth, or (this one’s hard to explain) around my face as an entirety.

Whats the best drugstore brand foundation to hide rosacea (hides lots of redness) and doesn’t make dry skin look cakey/flaky and doesn’t clog pores or cause acne?
Preferably- cheap, mineral makeup that can double up as a concealer

Is there any all naturals herbal remedies to help with this? The reason I am asking this is because some spa’s/salons have what is called a Rosacea facial. I have had this done and my Rosacea clears up right after the treatment. No redness whatsoever! =) Thanks.

I’m a 17 year old female and I didn’t know about rosacea until recently. They say the symptoms are similar to acne but rosacea is usually in a "butterfly" shape on the face because it appears as symmetrical. My acne wouldn’t go away for a while but it’s getting better now (less redness, smaller bumps). But the pattern appears as a small butterfly on my face. I don’t know if it’s just a coincidence and I’m being paranoid, or if I’m showing early signs of rosacea? I tried to include as many details as I can. Any input would be appreciated thank you.

I need something other than the typical deep breathing exercises, as they aren’t enough. I’m doing yoga and tai chi as well, which help, but also aren’t enough. I need a more conveniently specific exercise, yoga pose, whatever. This is not only causing rosacea but also improper spinal alignment which are affecting my arms and hands, a vital key to my job.
