   Hi there,

   I have also been diagnosed with Rosacea and have been applying the topical medication my doctor prescribed along with antibiotic oral medication (its only been a week ,so don’t really know its efficacy). I have done research on the triggers of this condition and realized that most of the triggers were part of my lifestyle.

   Known triggers
   -Excessive eating of microwaved foods
   -Eating too much processed food
   -Not drinking enough water
   -Not eating enough fruits
   -Excessive soy in diet
   -Excessive coffee consumption
   -Excessive alcohol consumption

   I am guilty of the first six triggers mentioned above and have decided to detoxify my body. I am eating lots of fruits, drinking plenty of water and changing the food I eat (I have always been vegetarian, so it’s easier).Hope this was helpful.
