What Is A Good Face Makeup For A Complection With Rosacea?

Can anyone recommend a foundation for Rosacea ? Preferably a liquid foundation, as the powders seem to cake, and not cover very well. It seems the more research I do, the more confused I get. I have read that certain ingredients such as mica, which is in some mineral makeups are not good for Rosacea. Any suggestions, or personal experiences you have had with positive results most welcome. Thanks for any help.

I use L’oreal Age Perfect Make-up.You just dab some on your cheeks, nose and chin.Use a make-up wedgie to blend it all over your face.I also have Rosacea and find this make-up covers really good. This is what I recommend for you.You can purchase it at Shoppers Drug Mart.
i bought mine
Look into the Almay brand. Its cheap and hypoallergenic. You’ll want to look for a moisturizing version I think. I have crazy dry skin but not rosacea and that’s what I recc for you. Good luck
you need put first some green colour after that use any foundation.Green colour cover nice.you can find this in any store,it is looks like lipstick, and also can help with your skin problem, some has aloe vera, some green tea extract…
A foundation with a green tint works best to cover the redness of rosacea, However, if you want to do more than cover the redness – if you want to help your skin improve – choose a makeup that is as free of chemicals as possible. In fact, use chemical-free skin care, too.
What you put on your skin can either help it or cause problems, depending on what it contains, so it’s important to look at the ingredients in ALL the products you use on your face, body and hair.
Research is showing a buildup of chemicals on the skin can cause acne, dryness (which leads to prematurely aging skin and makes acne worse) and skin cancer. Skin with rosacea reacts even more to these toxins.
With so many manufacturers using chemicals in their products, almost any product – cleansers, moisturizers, shampoos, conditioners, hair gels, sunscreens, etc. – can be causing breakouts on your face and body, or drying out your skin.
The ones advertised to clear acne can contain the most chemicals. Look up the ingredients in the products you use and see what they do. I think you’ll be shocked.
For example, here’s are the ingredients in a Clearasil product and what they can do to skin http://www.best-mens-skin-care.com/ingredients-in-a-clearasil-product.html
To find chemical-free products, read labels and research ingredients – or start with certified organic products which don’t contain harmful chemicals.
