I don't use drugstore type foundations anymore. However, when I still did, I had good results with Almay and Neutrogena. Now I use Bare Minerals in the summer (when my skin gets oily) and Estee Lauder Equalizer when my skin is a bit drier. They are a bit expensive though, so if budget is to be considered, definitely Neutrogena and Almay (at least for me).

I too have eczema on my face and honestly I don't use drug store brands any more( they don't have the colour range for me nor does my face agree with them)

A good start would be Marcelle its available at shopper drug mart. with super sensitive skin, i find that what irritates my skin changes constantly so I have to change frequently brands. I used to use revlon and marcelle when I used to purchase from the drugstore. Now I used MAC and clinque

I have terrible rosacea/eczema/sensitive skin/chronic dermatitis. I know there are probably better things out there, but when I really want to wear makeup, I use Maybelline Mineral Powder Foundation. It's a powder in a little jar and comes with a brush. It's actually the first "foundation" I have been able to tolerate in years. The mineral makeups seem to be ok for my skin. I would love to try Bare Minerals but haven't ever bought it. You can buy the Maybelline kind at Walmart.
